In this particular article we will see how to add an image inside an article at a particular position. For adding an image to an article it must be uploaded first on the server and then it can be added.
The first step to add an image is to first select add an image widget. It is shown in the figure above. This will open up an image manager where user can upload image and add image to an article.
Now click the upload icon shown in the figure above. This will open a small upload window.
Browse for the image you want to upload. Now click upload.
When the upload is done; Press cancel in upload dialog box. Now you can see a preview of the image in the right bottom of screen.
If this is your required image then click on Insert otherwise browse for the image you just uploaded in the files panel.
Now user can see the properties of the uploaded file in the properties section which is at the top of the picture manager window. User can also specify the desired dimensions of the image to be shown.For better viewing try to make the width of picture to be below 550 pixels.
And finally click insert in the bottom of the image upload form. Now you can see your added image at place where it is required.
