Education and its methodology have been ever evolving. As the courses are becoming more and more complex in nature, it becomes tough for students to visualize the practical implementation of the same. There has been lot of talks on how to make education closer to real life scenario, resulting in Projects, Simulations, and Internships etc. These have made remarkable changes to how students approach a course these days and students have gone the distance to see what they actually want and choose them suitably.

Next step which policy makers really need to take is to integrate the education giving approach. By integration I don’t mean to integrate various courses together but it means that while studying the different courses emphasis should be on providing the bigger picture of syllabi with respect to other relating streams also.

As a student when I learn something in Kinematic physics, I shall be able to relate the same to rotational physics because eventually everything is science and it cannot be standalone in nature. Every law explored in one field can open so many gates in other fields. Similarly in programming world when I am moving to more sophisticating programming models I shall be able to define its interaction with operating system. By these examples I don’t to mean to make curriculum crowded but whatever courses are already being taught shall be redesigned keeping other courses in mind and shaped accordingly. Certain bridge modules shall be chipped in for students to realize the association of subjects

This cannot be achieved single handedly by course setters or educators alone but they have to work closely to make it happen. Educators throughout, for students from primary schools to specialized courses shall put more emphasis on presenting things closer to reality which students can easily grasp and also shall present a bigger picture so that students can actually apply those concepts, answering what, why, when questions of studied concepts.
